Why Your Participation Matters

Nepal remains one of the poorest countries in the world, where many people have limited or no access to healthcare. This trip serves a dual purpose:

1. To provide free acupuncture and holistic healthcare to underserved individuals in Nepal

2. To offer a meaningful educational experience for our participating volunteers

Your payment not only covers the cost of your participation, but also directly supports our continued work in the community. A portion of the funds will go toward improving the nutrition, education, living conditions, and medical support for the 150 boys living at Pema T’sal Sakya Monastery.

All registration payments are treated as donations to Sharing Hearts in Nepal and are processed securely through PayPal.

Initial Payment – $500 Non-Refundable Deposit

• This deposit secures your place in the program

• It is applied toward your total registration fee

• Please make sure the name and email on your PayPal payment match your registration form

If you are not accepted into the program, your deposit will be refunded via PayPal within three weeks.

Deposit is only refundable if you are not accepted into the program.

Final Payment – Remaining Balance

Once you complete your interview and are accepted into the program, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to return to the payment page and complete your final payment via PayPal.

Final payment amounts:

• $2,000 due for Early Registration - on or before June 30, 2025 (Total: $2,500)

• $2,200 due for Late Registration from June 30 - Aug 15, 2025 (Total: $2,700)

• $1,700 due for Volunteer-Only Participation by Aug 15, 2025 (Total: $2,200)

Please do not submit your remaining balance until you have received official acceptance into the program.

You will have 5 days from receipt of official acceptance to pay your remaining balance.
